With a background in Workforce Development and Organizational Psychology, LeadQuip’s founder, Jon Hart, has been applying his expertise in the government and non-profit sector for more than 16 years. LeadQuip recognizes that small businesses and non-profit organizations do not have the capital of large organizations and therefore, typically, cannot afford high-priced consultant services. LeadQuip understands the needs of smaller organizations and strives to offer solutions and services at a fraction of the cost.
